TimeKeeper Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the TimeKeeper application (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service') provided by MindGlow Studio (hereinafter referred to as the 'Developer'). The Developer complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea, and is committed to protecting the rights and interests of users.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Developer processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than those stated below, and necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, will be taken if the purposes of use are changed.

  1. Service Provision and Management: To provide normal functions of the app, fix bugs and errors, and ensure stable service operation.
  2. Service Improvement and Statistical Analysis: To analyze users' service usage patterns (e.g., error occurrences, feature usage frequency) to improve service quality and to use as statistical data for developing new services.
  3. Google Calendar Integration Service (Optional): When users choose to integrate with Google Calendar, we process the minimum necessary information to provide calendar synchronization services.

Article 2 (Items of Personal Information to be Processed)

1. Required Collection Items

The Developer does not require user registration and does not collect personally identifiable information when using the basic app features.

2. Optional Collection Items (When Using Google Calendar Integration)

Only when users choose to use the Google Calendar integration feature, the following information is collected:

3. Automatically Collected Items

During the use of the Service, the following information may be automatically collected through external analysis tools such as Google:

This information is used as statistical data in a form that cannot personally identify individuals. Users can refuse the collection of advertising identifiers by changing the settings on their mobile devices.

Article 3 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)

As the Developer does not directly store users' personal information, a separate retention period is not specified. Information collected through external analysis tools as described in Article 2 is processed and retained according to the privacy policy of the respective service provider (Google).

Article 4 (Consignment of Personal Information Processing)

The Developer consigns the processing of personal information as follows for smooth service provision and analysis:

  1. Prohibition of Data Sharing with Third Parties: The Developer does not sell, share, transfer, or disclose Google user data (email, profile information, calendar data, etc.) to any third parties.
  2. Limited Use of Data: Google user data is used solely for the service provision purposes (calendar synchronization) that users have explicitly consented to.

  3. Right to Suspend Processing: Users may request the suspension of processing of their personal information.

Any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy will be notified through announcements within the service at least 7 days prior to the enforcement of the changes.
